ORGANIZATION OF A PARAGRAPH

1. Deduce and write the topic sentence.
2. Write some sentences supporting the main idea of a topic sentence.
3. Use transitional words to connect the ideas.
4. Write a concluding sentence to finish your paragraph.

CONCLUDING SENTENCE IN A PARAGRAPH:
A concluding sentence sums up the information that is presented in a paragraph. It concludes and restates the main idea. It is introduced by expressions like this: “therefore, to sum up, on the whole”, etc. It is always at the end of the paragraph.
