1. Amazed (adj): /əˈmeɪzd/ Asomabrado
Very surprised.
Example: We are very amazed at the response of our appeal.

2. Astounded (adj): /əˈstaʊndɪd/ Pasmado
Extremely surprised or shocked.
Example: Thomas is astounded after the plane crashed in his neighborhood.

3. Aware (adj): /əˈwɛr/ Consciente
Knowing about a situation or a fact.
Example: They are aware of the dangers of driving in this city.

4. Certain (adj): /ˈsɜrtən/ Certero
Having no doubts that something is true.
Example: I’m not absolutely certain, but I think I’m right.

5. Delighted (adj): /dɪˈlaɪtəd/ Encantado
Very happy, especially because something good has happened.
Example: I was delighted to see my old friends again.

6. Demonstrate (v): /ˈdɛmənˌstreɪt/ Demostrar
To show someone how to do something by doing it yourself.
Example: Various techniques will be demonstrated.
