To go to a counter service shop and ask for most of what we want using expressions of quantity and measure words.

Vocabulary

1. A bar of (qtfr): /ə/ /bɑr/ /ɑv/ Una barra de
A solid block of a substance such as chocolate or soap.
Example: She only bought a bar of chocolate at the store.

2. A barrel of (qtfr): /ə/ /ˈbærəl/ /ɑv/ Un barril de
A round wooden, metal or plastic container with a flat top and bottom.
Example: He has a barrel of wine in his house for his daughter’s wedding.

A round container used for eating, serving, or preparing food.
Example: Ana usually eats a bowl of rice at lunch.

A closed metal container with round sides, for food or drinks.
Example: My cat ate a can of tuna by itself.

5. A gallon of (qtfr): /ə/ /ˈgælən/ /ɑv/ Un galón de
A unit of amount of liquid, especially gas or water.
Example: Robin has a gallon of oil in his kitchen.

6. A great deal of (phr): /ə/ /greɪt/ /dil/ /ɑv/ Una gran cantidad de
