We use “would be” to refer to unreal situations in the present, and that they may or may not happen in the future.
Affirmative form
a. It would be great to work in the biggest company in the country. b. It would be nice to work with experienced colleagues.
Negative form
a. It wouldn’t be easy to pass the interview.
b. It wouldn’t be good to argue with colleagues.
Interrogative form
a. Would it be great to work in the biggest company in the country?
